Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to The Modularium at modularium.co.uk, operated by Simon Fletcher.

1) Acceptance

By accessing or using The Modularium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Use at your own risk

The Modularium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may be changed, interrupted, or removed at any time. Use headphones responsibly — loud or sudden sounds can damage hearing and equipment.

3) No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

5) Your patches & content

Patches you build in The Modularium are yours. You grant us the limited right to store Pro-user patches on our servers solely so we can sync them back to your own devices.

6) Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Conversion tracking on the post-purchase page uses Google Ads. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or changes.

7) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass access controls (including the Pro tier gating) or interfere with normal operation.
• Scrape, probe, or overload the service in a way that could degrade availability for others.
• Share Pro account access with more devices than the concurrent session cap allows.

8) Paid subscriptions and purchases

Modularium Pro is available as a monthly subscription (currently £2.99/month) or a one-time lifetime purchase (currently £29.99). Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Simon Fletcher. Charges will appear on your bank statement as SPACESTREAM.COM. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes. Prices may change, but any change will not affect existing active subscriptions or completed lifetime purchases.

9) Cancellation policy

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through the account menu on the app or via the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Lifetime purchases do not require cancellation as there are no recurring charges.

10) Refund and dispute policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@modularium.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions: we will refund the most recent monthly charge if requested within 14 days of that charge. Lifetime purchases: we will refund the full amount if requested within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@modularium.co.uk before filing a chargeback with your bank.

11) Promotional access

From time to time we may offer free or discounted access to Pro features. Promotional access may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing free access from active users.

12) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
